Fearey Group in Seattle is seeking an Account Supervisor to lead integrated communications efforts for a diverse set of clients. You will craft compelling narratives, manage campaigns, and mentor junior staff while maintaining strong client relations.

This role combines strategic thinking and hands-on execution across press, digital, and events, with a collaborative culture and opportunities for professional growth in a long-standing Pacific Northwest agency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or marketing.
• 5+ years of PR or marketing experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills with storytelling ability.
• Experience managing social media campaigns and digital programs.
• Organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent client service and professional attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• 3+ years of demonstrated media relations experience.
• Account management skills including budget analysis and client communications.
• Detail-oriented team player with entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

• Develop and edit written materials for client campaigns.
• Execute multi-platform communications strategies across PR, media relations, digital, social, and events.
• Lead account work on some client projects and support others behind the scenes.
• Pitch stories and build relationships with media and influencers.
• Monitor coverage and measure campaign results with key metrics.
• Collaborate on brainstorms and client ideation with a proactive, creative approach.
