Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in public relations or integrated communications.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Experience supporting media relations and client service across integrated programs.
• Ability to think strategically while executing with precision and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of integrated communications programs across multiple units.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Develop high-quality written materials including media pitches and briefing documents.
• Coordinate campaigns across earned media, executive visibility, partnerships and events.
• Draft QA reviews of materials, media lists and client deliverables.
• Monitor trends and provide strategic recommendations; mentor junior staff.
