Veritas Search Group in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an IT Software Developer III to serve as a technical specialist responsible for the development, administration, maintenance, and production support of enterprise business applications. This role requires strong experience with Microsoft Access, VBA, Microsoft Power Platform, relational databases, web technologies, and modern application development.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software or application development experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Access and VBA.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and ASP.NET.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Experience building database objects (stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, cursors).
• Understanding of object-oriented programming and multi-tier architectures.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, maintain, and support enterprise business applications.
• Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Access and VBA.
• Build low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Convert and modernize legacy Microsoft Access applications into Power Platform solutions.
• Design, develop, and publish reports and dashboards using Power BI and related reporting tools.
• Develop and maintain relational database components, including views, stored procedures, functions, packages, and complex SQL queries.
• Support application troubleshooting, debugging, testing, deployment, and production issues.
• Develop and maintain web-based applications and integrations.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to identify requirements and develop scalable solutions.
• Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled development tools.
