Position Summary

The IT Software Developer III will serve as a technical specialist responsible for the development, administration, maintenance, and production support of enterprise business applications. This role requires strong experience with Microsoft Access, VBA, Microsoft Power Platform, relational databases, web technologies, and modern application development.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing new applications, supporting existing systems, modernizing legacy applications, creating business intelligence reports, and integrating cloud-based and AI-enabled technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, maintain, and support enterprise business applications.
• Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Access and VBA.
• Build low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant software development or application development experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Access and VBA.
• Experience with SQL and relational database programming.
• Knowledge of Oracle and/or SQL-based database environments.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and ASP.NET.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies such as SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Experience developing database objects such as stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, packages, and cursors.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and multi-tier application architecture.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the .NET Framework and C# or VB.NET.
• Experience with AI-assisted development technologies such as Microsoft Foundry, Microsoft Copilot, or GitHub Copilot.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud technologies.
• Experience with platforms and tools such as Umbraco, Nintex, Webflow, Dreamweaver, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, dimensional modeling, and business intelligence dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with at least four years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
