Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Arizona driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and monitor equipment and auxiliaries by remote control from the control room and throughout the plant.
• Coordinate and maintain unit availability with AGC, including load adjustments based on system demands.
• Train personnel in the proper operation of plant equipment, controls, and procedures.
• Complete the OST curriculum and promotion to the Operator Specialist classification.
