Qualifications

• Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and control system issues in power generation equipment.
• Maintenance & Repair capabilities, including performing corrective repairs and component replacements to manufacturer standards.
• Preventive Maintenance experience, such as conducting inspections, routine servicing, and performance checks to minimize downtime.
• Customer Service skills to communicate clearly with clients, explain technical findings, and support a positive service experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Basic computer skills for service reporting, documentation, and remote support tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to customer sites, as needed.
• Relevant technical certification or vocational training in diesel engines, electrical systems, or industrial maintenance preferred.
• Experience in a power generation, industrial service, or related field is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, install, service and repair power generation equipment, including generator sets and switchgear.
• Perform routine and scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues.
• Document work performed and maintain service reports.
• Coordinate with team members and support on-site and remote customer requests.
