Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair generator systems, replace defective parts, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Conduct inspections, load bank testing, and ensure proper functioning of equipment.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager to plan schedules and prioritize customer needs.
• Maintain accurate service reports and uphold a professional company image.
• Train and mentor new technicians as needed.
