Job summary

Responsibilities

• Source senior debt and mezzanine investments ranging from $25–$250+ million through direct origination or intermediaries.
• Supervise and develop junior investment professionals.
• Generate deal flow by nurturing relationships with clients, sponsors, prospects, intermediaries and advisors.
• Manage a portfolio of power investments including projects, portfolios, utilities and cooperatives.
• Collaborate with lawyers to negotiate financing documents and with the MD to meet group objectives.
• Travel as needed to support investment activities.
