Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Wisconsin-based HPC & AI division seeks a Product Manager for Power & Cooling. Hybrid role requiring ~2 days/week at an HPE office.

You will design, plan, develop, and manage a portfolio of advanced liquid cooling and power distribution solutions across the product lifecycle, collaborating with engineering, design, operations, and sales to deliver market-leading products for HPC/AI workloads.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management in data center cooling, power systems, or HPC.
• Ownership of strategy, roadmap, and product launches.
• Technical understanding of liquid cooling and power distribution for HPC/AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy and roadmap for liquid cooling and power solutions.
• Define value proposition, segments, and business cases for market-ready products.
• Translate market requirements into product requirements and specs; drive development to launch.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and multi-horizon roadmap.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide prioritization and GTM.
