Job summary

Peregrine Advisors in Washington, DC is seeking a builder of reliable SQL on Amazon Aurora (PostgreSQL-compatible) to develop and maintain queries, stored procedures, and views that power a federal data platform working across S3, DynamoDB, and Iceberg tables.

This hybrid role requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust, with regular commuting into the DC area. You will grow toward owning physical data design and contribute to data loading, tuning, and governance.

Qualifications

• Solid SQL on a modern relational platform (Amazon Aurora, PostgreSQL-compatible).
• Writing stored procedures and views that hold up under governance and auditability.
• Experience with data loading, query tuning, and connectivity in a data platform.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain queries, stored procedures, and views for a federal agency's enterprise data platform.
