Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a Litigation Paralegal and Post-Judgment Paralegal.
• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-claim investigation, legal research and initial case assessments.
• Draft pleadings, motions and appellate documents and file with court.
• Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings, deadlines, organize case files, logistics).
• Coordinate with constable or sheriff for judicial foreclosure sales.
