Responsibilities

• Continual review and management of case files from inception through mediation/arbitration/trial/settlement.
• Prepare subpoenas, depositions, and initial discovery requests and responses.
• Assist attorneys for depositions, prepare exhibits and trial binders.
• Maintain time records and ensure deadlines comply with firm policies.
