Job summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking an Associate Portfolio Executive to build and manage a customer portfolio and develop trusted relationships. You will leverage AI-powered tools to quote, plan, and schedule while focusing on selling, problem-solving, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months customer engagement experience, internal or external.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a portfolio of customers and strengthen relationships.
• Re-engage dormant accounts and expand within existing customers to increase volume and revenue.
• Own day-to-day customer interactions and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal partners to meet commitments.
• Quote and price freight, applying negotiation and market insights.
