Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 1 year of healthcare analytics or finance experience; value-based care and health plan financial data experience required.
• Preferred: 2 years in health care analytics or finance. 5 years relevant experience with at least 3 in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Develops and tests financial assessment and projection models for clinically integrated network performance.
• Serves as primary liaison to health plan partners for value-based reporting and analytics.
• Builds complex data extracts, analytical models, dashboards, and decision support tools.
• Manages analytics projects, financial reporting, payment support processes, and system design improvements.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
