Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Healthcare, Economics, or related field.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with healthcare data and cost-of-care analysis.
- Ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes healthcare, financial, claims, and clinical data to identify cost drivers and performance trends.
- Develops, monitors, and interprets KPIs and advanced financial models for decision support.
- Partners with clinical, operational, finance, care management, and analytics teams to scale data‑driven initiatives.
- Ensures data integrity and updates reporting tools and data models for stakeholders.
- Works in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
