Ascend Learning is seeking a PMO Operations Manager to own systems and process administration for the Enterprise PMO, NASM brand. You will manage governance, templates, and documentation across the project management platform and ERP intake process, partnering with PMs and ERP teams to maintain reliable, well-documented systems.

The role supports hybrid work from Gilbert, AZ or remote US-wide, focusing on data quality, reporting, and stakeholder training to ensure consistent project execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business, project management, or related field.
• 3+ years administering or governing a work/project management platform.
• Strong PMO operating model and lifecycle documentation knowledge.
• Ability to build clean, self-explanatory reporting.
• Attention to detail and structured review processes.
• Strong training and communication skills for platform adoption.
• Understand boundary between governance and project ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the project management platform's governance framework across Enterprise PMO.
• Maintain Tier 2 and 3 reporting standards with Project Owners.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting views for clear status.
• Train PMs, Project Owners, and stakeholders on standards and reporting conventions.
• Audit data quality to keep reporting clean and dependable.
• Administer the ERP intake process with forms and workflow configuration.
• Maintain ERP process documentation and templates as intake evolves.
• Verify intake submissions for completeness before ERP review.
• Audit ERP process data quality mirroring PMO data audits.
• Train stakeholders on ERP intake procedures and standards.
• Perform recurring mechanical checks against out-of-scope lists.
• Flag potential scope deviations to PM and Project Owner for determination.
• Support PMs in keeping scope documentation accurate.
• Escalate systemic issues to PMO Lead for governance reviews.
• Maintain PMO governance framework docs and escalation paths.
• Collaborate with PMO Lead to evolve governance standards and templates.
• Provide admin support for PMO and ERP governance activities.
