Job summary

Insight Enterprises is seeking a PMO Manager in Fort Worth, TX for a hybrid delivery leadership role guiding project managers and coordinators across multi-project accounts. This role focuses on program governance, budget control, and client satisfaction while aligning with Insight’s strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of program management leadership, strong communication, and IT services experience.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of leading Program/Project Managers, including 2+ years on complex programs or multi-workstream engagements.
• Experience in IT services or technology deployment environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with proven strategic leadership ability.
• Strong analytical skills — able to translate complex program data into executive-level insights.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive outcomes across large programs.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) and the Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Plans, creates, and manages program-level budgets and financial strategies, tracking metrics and forecasting trends.
• Manages and communicates revenue timing changes and their impact on program financials; drives monthly P&L reporting.
• Reviews and integrates sub-projects into a unified program scope baseline; aligns on contracts, budget, and timeline.
• Defines governance standards across the program and delivers data-driven health updates to executives.
• Chairs executive steering committees and governance reviews; defines escalation criteria and change strategies.
• Establishes program-level risk assessment strategies and mitigates risks across all sub-projects.
