Coegi in the United States is seeking a Project Management Supervisor to lead a small PMO and coach 1–4 project managers within the Business Operations department.

You will oversee high‑touch accounts, drive process improvements, and roll out AI‑enabled workflows while partnering with cross‑functional teams. The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience, PMP progress, and strong leadership in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in an agency environment with digital campaigns.
• PMP certification in progress or obtained.
• Experience with project management tools and time-tracking systems.
• Experience with paid media platforms: The Trade Desk, DV360, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with trafficking third-party creative tags and tracking pixels.
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Demonstrated mentorship or informal leadership experience.
• Comfort using agency-supported AI tools and enabling adoption across direct reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 1–4 direct reports as their day‑to‑day coach and mentor.
• Serve as the expert PM on a limited portfolio of high‑touch accounts.
• Maintain PMO structure on unassigned accounts and oversee billing accuracy.
• Lead departmental training and onboarding of new members.
• Develop and update PM best practices, templates, and guides.
• Collaborate with Client Engagement, Digital Operations, and Data & Technology.
• Decide account assignments and approve PTO in line with policy.
• Partner on AI-enabled workflows and track adoption across the team.
• Maintain certifications across media platforms and PM tools.
