Job summary

Coegi is seeking a Project Management Supervisor to lead a small PM team within the Business Operations department. You will coach one-to-four PMs, oversee a portfolio of high‑touch accounts, coordinate cross‑functional work, and drive process improvements. The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflow rollout and mentorship.

The position supports a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) across Coegi offices in the U.S. with a focus on operational excellence and team development.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of project management experience in an agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of one to four direct reports, coaching and mentoring.
• Oversee a limited portfolio of high‑touch accounts and manage cross‑functional relationships.
• Coordinate order processing, billing oversight, and budget actualization on assigned accounts.
• Develop departmental training, onboarding, and cross‑department process improvements.
• Roll out AI‑enabled workflows and ensure adoption across the team.
• Maintain PMO structure on accounts without a dedicated Project Manager.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and performance management guidelines.
