Job summary

EPMPoint, Inc. is seeking a seasoned PMO Consultant to deploy and configure enterprise PMO tools, focusing on OnePlan and Jira integrations with MS Project and Planner. You will design PPM solutions and lead client-facing implementations using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.

Responsibilities include building dashboards with Power BI, establishing PMO playbooks, and driving platform adoption across Microsoft 365/Azure and Salesforce ecosystems. Requires 7–8+ years in PMO/IT consulting.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 7–8+ years of progressive project management, IT consulting, and PMO tool deployment experience across external client-facing and corporate initiatives.
• Core Tool Deployment Expertise: OnePlan — design, configure, rollout, or administer Portfolio, Resource, and Financial modules.
• Project Management Tools: Advanced use of Microsoft Project, Planner, and Jira with custom workflows, permissions, and roadmaps.
• Integration Experience: Connect Jira/Planner tasks to portfolio rollups in OnePlan and MS Project.
• Technical Acumen: Proficient with Microsoft Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Certifications: PMP or Agile/Scrum credentials; OnePlan/M365/Salesforce certifications are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client rollouts, configuration, and administration of OnePlan as the enterprise PPM platform.
• Configure core OnePlan modules: Portfolio Management, Resource Planning, and Financial Tracking.
• Integrate OnePlan with Microsoft Project/Web, Planner, and Jira for bidirectional data flows.
• Plan and conduct UAT, administrator handoffs, and end-user training to drive platform adoption.
• Manage delivery governance across client engagements using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methods.
