Blackbird Health seeks a PMHNP to deliver high-quality psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for children and youth (ages 2–26) in a hybrid Exton, PA setting. You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team to support families and long-term progress.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, providing medication management, and educating families. The role requires PA licensure, PMHNP-BC, and at least 1 year of independent child/adolescent experience;

Formación

• Credentials: PMHNP-BC with active licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Licensure: PA PMHNP, DEA, and prescriptive authority.
• Clinical experience with children and adolescents.
• Schedule aligned to after-school and peak demand hours.
• Technical proficiency with EMR, Google Suite, and telehealth.
• Passion for family-centered, collaborative care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning.
• Develop medication management plans for youth patients.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families.
• Collaborate with psychotherapists and specialists for integrated care.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation and safety monitoring.
