Blackbird Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to deliver high-quality virtual and in-person psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and young adults up to age 26. You will conduct evaluations, craft treatment plans, and manage medications within a hybrid model, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support families.

Qualifications

• PMHNP-BC certification and Pennsylvania PMHNP/CRNP/APRN licensure.
• Active PA PMHNP license, DEA, and prescriptive authority.
• At least 1 year of independent pediatric psychiatric experience.
• Schedule aligns with after-school hours after 3pm ET.
• Proficiency with EMR, Google Suite, and telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for children and youths.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and manage medications.
• Collaborate with psychotherapists and specialists in weekly meetings.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation and data integrity.
