Blackbird Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for children, adolescents, and young adults in a hybrid setting with Lafayette College. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care and engage families throughout the treatment journey.

Applicants should have a Master's in Nursing, PMHNP-BC, and at least one year of independent pediatric

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited nursing program.
• PMHNP-BC certification and active PA license, DEA, and prescriptive authority.
• At least one year of independent psychiatric experience under licensure.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a psychiatric setting.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and provide medication management.
• Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families throughout treatment.
• Collaborate with therapists and other clinicians for integrated care.
• Ensure documentation is compliant with HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in team meetings to coordinate care for patients.
