Blackbird Health is seeking a PMHNP to deliver high-quality psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for children, adolescents, and young adults in a hybrid Exton, PA setting. You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team to provide integrated, family-centered care both virtually and in person.

The role requires a PMHNP-BC, PA licensure, and at least 1 year of independent pediatric psychiatric experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing with PMHNP-BC certification
• Active Pennsylvania PMHNP/CRNP/APRN license
• At least 1 year of independent psychiatric experience with children and adolescents
• Availability after 3pm ET for after-school and weekend hours
• Experience with EMR, Google Suite, and telehealth platforms

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses for youth
• Develop personalized treatment plans and provide medication management
• Build meaningful therapeutic relationships with patients and families
• Collaborate with psychotherapists and specialists to create integrated care plans
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation and clinical excellence
