LifeStance Health is hiring PMHNPs in Utah for a hybrid, full‑time role servicing multiple Salt Lake City area offices. Requires 2+ years PMHNP experience, active Utah PMHNP certification, prescriptive authority, and DEA. Experience with adults and/or youth, medication management and therapy, preferred Child/Adolescent focus.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years experience as a PMHNP.
• Licensed in Utah with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification.
• Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority.
• Must have or be able to obtain DEA.
• Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.
