Job summary

LifeStance Health in Utah is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing behavioral health team. Must have 2 years of PMHNP experience, PMHNP Certification, prescriptive authority, and DEA; ability to treat adults and adolescents with medication management and therapy.

We offer a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in office, 1-2 days remote), above-market compensation, full benefits, and a sign-on bonus for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Requires Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification.
• Prescriptive Authority required.
• DEA registration required.
• Experience with adult and adolescent populations.
• Experience with both medication management and therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care to patients.
• Manage medications and therapy as part of treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
