Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Utah to join our growing behavioral health team in a hybrid setting. The role requires Utah licensure with PMHNP certification, prescriptive authority, and DEA registration, with experience across adult and pediatric populations and in medication management and therapy.

We offer a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in office, 1-2 days remote), above-market compensation from $195k–$251k, a sign-on bonus for full-time staff, and a full benefits

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Utah with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification.
• Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority.
• Must have or be able to obtain DEA registration.
• Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.
