Job summary

LifeStance Health seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Utah to provide comprehensive mental health care to adults and/or children/adolescents. The role combines medication management and therapy within a hybrid in-person/remote model, leveraging modern clinical workflows.

Candidates must hold Utah PMHNP certification, have DEA and prescriptive authority, and bring 2+ years of PMHNP experience. Compensation is strong with full benefits and growth opportunities in expanding clinics

Qualifications

• Licensed PMHNP in Utah with PMHNP certification.
• DEA registration and prescriptive authority required.
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Experience in both medication management and therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management for adult and pediatric populations.
• Deliver psychotherapy and evidence-based care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
