Job summary

Coreforce, based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Manager of Project Management to lead a team of Project Managers and Coordinators. The role focuses on directing complex customer-facing initiatives, establishing standards, and coordinating across multiple internal groups in a hybrid work environment.

The ideal candidate will bring PMP certification, 7+ years of PM experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, technology, or related field.
• PMP certification required.
• 7+ years of progressive project management experience including complex customer-facing implementations.
• 5+ years leading project management professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
• Manage complex, high-priority projects from handoff to closeout.
• Balance workload based on scope, risk, timing, and capacity.
• Establish project standards, templates, reporting, and cadences.
• Define scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead kickoff, status, risk, and closeout meetings with customers.
