Job summary

Coreforce is seeking a Manager, Project Management to lead a team of Project Managers and Coordinators in Atlanta, GA. This hybrid role involves guiding complex, customer-facing projects from initiation to closeout and coordinating cross-functional delivery across Sales, Product, Engineering, Training, Support, and Finance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a PMP, 3+ years of PM leadership experience, and strong communication and risk management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/operations/tech/project management.
• PM certification (PMP) required or strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive project management experience with complex customer-facing implementations.
• 2+ years of people leadership or coaching/directing project professionals.
• Strong project planning, risk/issue management, change control, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate technical and nontechnical teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to perform in high-stress situations and maintain attention to detail.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Presentation and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
• Manage complex, high-priority projects from handoff through closeout.
• Allocate projects and balance workload based on scope, risk, timing, and capacity.
• Establish project standards, templates, reporting, and cadences.
• Define scope, milestones, owners, risks, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead kickoff, status, readiness, risk, and closeout meetings.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Identify and elevate risks with recommended actions.
• Manage scope changes and document impacts on schedules, resources, costs, and commitments.
• Provide leadership with portfolio status, risks, and decisions required.
• Improve handoffs, accountability, and customer experience.
