Job summary

Quantum Work Advisory, a dynamic subsidiary of Allegis Group, seeks a Manager of Project Management to lead PM and data teams across SI projects. The role emphasizes governance, pre-sales support, and end-to-end project leadership for client engagements in a hybrid North America environment.

You will manage 2–10 project managers and data analysts, mentor staff, and ensure quality governance artefacts such as schedules and RAID logs.

Qualifications

• Extensive project governance and leadership experience.
• Experience with waterfall and agile/scrum methods.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers and data analysts.
• Provide governance over client engagements.
• Support pre-sales and sales engineering activities.
• Develop and improve governance documents and RAID logs.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for critical decisions.
