Job summary

Quantum Work Advisory, a dynamic subsidiary of Allegis Group, seeks a Manager of Project Management to lead PM and data analytics across SI projects. You will guide internal teams, manage governance artifacts, and advise clients with senior-level communication.

You will drive pre-sales activities, support RFx responses, and ensure smooth transitions from sales to project phases, balancing capacity and client expectations in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Eight (8+) years of Project Management experience preferred.
• Five+ (5+) years of implementation experience preferred.
• Five+ (5+) years of consulting experience preferred.
• Three+ (3+) years of people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide project governance and leadership across client engagements.
• Oversee PM and data teams; manage capacity and performance.
• Lead pre-sales technical support including RFx responses and BD pitches.
• Coordinate governance documentation and client relationships up to C‑Suite.
