Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc. in Springdale, AR is seeking a Plant Supply Chain Planner (1st Shift) to manage production scheduling, materials flow, and inventory targets across packaging, ingredients and raw materials.

This hybrid role collaborates with procurement, logistics and production to drive on-time manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in supply chain or related field, 1–3 years in a supply chain role, and proficiency with ERP systems and QAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations or a related field.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a supply chain role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel superuser is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Operations Manager to manage production scheduling and inventory.
• Validate production versus schedule and adjust as needed to keep targets.
• Maintain and adjust the production schedule based on forecast, inventory targets and capacity.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and quality control teams; lead daily meetings on supplier issues.
• Perform daily cycle count adjustments and manage inventory data accuracy in QAD.
