• Process and reconcile purchase orders and confirm deliveries meet MRP forecast.
• Manage daily production schedule for three-shift operations.
• Coordinate schedule adjustments with the corporate scheduler.
• Verify POs in QAD and route invoices for payment.
• Enter data into Excel files and generate weekly reports.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and SQF requirements.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and material readiness for production.
• Occasional weekends/overtime as needed.
