Job summary

Doncasters is seeking an experienced Plant Manufacturing Engineer to join our Long Beach, CA facility. In this hybrid role, you will identify productivity improvements and implement sustainable manufacturing solutions across cross-functional teams.

You will lead efforts to optimize processes, apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and manage capital projects while supporting our aerospace-grade manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, manufacturing or process background preferred.
• LEAN / Six Sigma experience to discover problems and implement solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% based on business need.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and implement sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fix problems and optimize processes.
• Lead modernization efforts in a mature facility, serving as Manufacturing, Process, and CI engineer.
