Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Space Planning Specialist to optimize retail space, develop effective planograms, and drive performance insights for assigned brands. This hybrid role requires 3 days in-office in Oak Brook, IL, with strong skills in space management software and data analysis.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and up to two years in related work. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and data mining with CPG math is valuable for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide space management and merchandising analysis for assigned categories and customers.
• Develop and maintain client-specific reporting to measure performance against strategies.
• Create planograms meeting Customer and Client visual standards while increasing space for brands based on sales.
• Coordinate team meetings with BM and clients to discuss needs and projects.
• Maintain and update planograms for assigned categories and customers.
• Ensure data sources quality and deliverables accuracy; collaborate with BI associates and data/tool vendors.
