Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Space Planning Specialist in Marlborough, MA for a hybrid role, three days in the office. You will analyze space, develop planograms, and use space management software such as Blue Yonder (JDA), Apollo, or Spaceman.

You will work with clients, prepare reports, maintain planograms, and ensure data quality. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and up to two years of related experience is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; related experience may substitute.
• Up to two years of related work experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a strong asset.
• Experience with space management tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide space management and merchandising analysis for assigned categories.
• Develop client-specific reports measuring performance against strategies.
• Ensure planograms meet customer and client visual standards while increasing space for brands.
• Lead team meetings with BM and clients to discuss needs and upcoming projects.
• Maintain planograms for assigned categories and customers.
• Ensure data sources accuracy and collaborate with BI teams and vendors.
