Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Space Planning Analyst in Charlotte, NC for a hybrid role (3 days on-site). You will develop planograms and analyze space efficiency to boost brand presence. Proficiency with space management software such as Blue Yonder (JDA), Apollo, or Spaceman is essential.

Responsibilities include space merchandising, client reporting, and collaboration with BM and clients. Strong data analysis and Excel/Power BI skills are required to drive insights and optimize space opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Up to two years of related work experience
• Advanced proficiency with Windows, Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a strong asset
• Experience with space management tools and syndicated data is a plus
• Clear and concise communication with team and clients
• Data mining using CPG math to communicate insights

Responsibilities

• Provide space management and merchandising for assigned categories
• Analyze financial data and provide space-related insights at account and market level
• Develop and maintain client-specific reporting to measure performance
• Develop planograms meeting Customer and Client visual standards and optimize space for brands
• Lead team meetings with BM and clients on needs and upcoming projects
• Maintain and update all planograms and ensure data accuracy with BI and data/vendors
