Job summary

Acosta is seeking a space planning professional to strategically arrange products in retail spaces and develop planograms (POGs) using space management software such as Blue Yonder, Apollo, or Spaceman. The role emphasizes data-driven insights and collaboration with clients to optimize store space and category performance.

The candidate should have up to two years of related experience, a preferably advanced degree in a related field, and strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; related work experience may substitute.
• Up to two years of related work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint; Power BI is a strong asset.
• Experience with syndicated data and/or space management tools would be a plus.
• Clear communication with team members and clients; data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide space management and merchandising on assigned categories and customers; analyze financial data for insights.
• Develop and maintain client-specific reporting measuring performance against strategies and objectives.
• Ensure planograms meet customer and client visual standards and optimize space by sales performance.
• Set up and lead team meetings with BM and clients to discuss needs and upcoming projects.
• Maintain and update planograms for assigned categories and customers.
• Quality control of data sources and accuracy of deliverables; coordinate with BI associates and vendors.
