Job summary

Yoh is seeking a Business Systems Analyst/Product Owner for a 6-month contract in Plano, TX. Hybrid model: onsite 3 days a week.

You will define, document, and prioritize requirements; lead backlog with user stories; own product vision and roadmap; collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and developers; participate in Agile ceremonies and UAT.

Strong experience in Agile environments with excellent communication is required. W2 only and relocation not provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is required.
5+ years in business systems analysis, with 3+ years in Agile environments.
Experience in requirements gathering, process documentation, and gap analysis.
Proficient in writing clear user stories, requirements, and managing backlogs.
Able to translate business needs into technical specs and product features.

Responsibilities

Define, document, and prioritize business, system, and product requirements.
Lead requirement-gathering efforts and ensure alignment across business and tech teams.
Gain deep knowledge of processes and system capabilities to guide requests.
Serve as liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams with clear communication.
Create and manage a structured product backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria.
Own and refine the product vision and roadmap based on market trends and feedback.
Conduct gap analyses between current functionality and new requirements.
Partner with Project Managers to support end-to-end delivery from planning to release.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
Lead User Acceptance Testing to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
Stay informed on industry trends to guide improvements.
