Job summary

TC Energy Corp. is seeking a Pipeline Integrity Engineer/Technologist to analyze inline inspection data and support integrity program planning for gas transmission pipelines. You will review data, assess corrosion threats, and develop remedial actions in a collaborative, safety‑conscious environment.

The role emphasizes advanced risk analysis, engineering assessments, excavation program support, audits, and incident investigations. Hybrid work options are available across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience in pipeline integrity with gas transmission pipeline systems.
• Evidence of excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to work and contribute in a team environment, as well as ability to maintain individual accountability and decision making with technical justification.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and conduct pipeline anomaly analysis utilizing direct assessment, in-line inspection, pressure test, and other assessment data to propose remedial or follow up actions.
• Perform advanced quantitative risk analysis (likelihood of failure, consequence modeling, corrosion growth, etc.)
• Perform Engineering Assessments to determine the continued safe operation of the pipeline
• Develop and support excavation programs
• Provide technical support to internal stakeholders as required
• Support or lead audit program related to corrosion threats, including interacting with regulatory agencies
• Assist internal response to pipeline failures and root cause investigations
• Support project development, planning, and budget programs
• Assist the team in tracking and completion of work related to the expedited ECA program
• Other tasks as required.
