HCA Healthcare is seeking an exceptional Physician Recruiter to join our team. The role supports facilities in Wichita, KS and Denver, CO, with a hybrid work arrangement. You will establish relationships with facility CEOs and Physician Services partners, develop recruitment plans, and coordinate sourcing, interviewing, and candidate vetting.

• Establishes and maintains relationships with facility CEOs, Physician Services partners and community practices.
• Develops, implements, and works a recruitment plan specific to each opportunity to ensure programs, plans, policies, and procedures for recruitment, screening, selection, and placement of physicians/providers are compliant with current recruitment standards established by leadership.
• Serves as communication liaison with market leadership, Physician Services, candidates and physicians.
• Plans and directs activities to carry out such functions as developing sources of qualified applicants, screening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews, and overseeing quality check processes as outlined by department for proper candidate vetting and selection.
