Job summary

CORA Physical Therapy in Sebring, FL is seeking a Hybrid Digital Health Specialist who will split time between our Sebring clinic and remote telehealth sessions, delivering digital health services and monitoring with our clinical team.

The role requires CAPTE-approved PT training, Florida license (or in process), and at least 2 years of outpatient experience. You’ll document care, track outcomes, and help grow CORA’s remote services.

Qualifications

• Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
• Florida PT license (or in process).
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinical experience.
• Experience providing digital health services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver personalized plans of care for outpatient patients.
• Measure patient outcomes with cutting-edge software.
• Document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes.
• Deliver telehealth visits and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services.
• Collaborate with operations to deliver digital services and meet patient care needs.
• Communicate revisions in treatment with primary treating clinician.
• Support growth of remote services with the Director of Digital Health.
