Job summary

Based in Riverview, FL, CORA Physical Therapy seeks a Physical Therapist to join as a Digital Health Specialist in a hybrid role (3 days in our Tampa clinic and 2 days remote). You will deliver virtual care, remote therapeutic monitoring, and in-clinic treatment, collaborating with treating providers to grow CORA's digital health program.

Requirements include a CAPTE-approved PT program, Florida license (or in process), and a minimum of 2 years outpatient experience.

Qualifications

• CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy program
• Florida PT license (or in process)
• Minimum 2 years outpatient experience
• Experience with digital health services preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring.
• Provide in-clinic physical therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with treating providers to grow digital health services.
• Document care plans and patient outcomes.
• Maintain regular reporting for regional metrics.
