CORA Physical Therapy in Sebring, FL seeks a Digital Health Specialist (Physical Therapist) for a hybrid role: three days in-clinic and two days remote. You will provide virtual care, remote therapeutic monitoring, and contribute to building CORA’s digital health program while coordinating with in-clinic providers.

The ideal candidate has a CAPTE-approved PT degree, Florida licensure (or in process), at least two years outpatient experience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care using

Qualificações

• Diploma from a CAPTE‑approved Physical Therapy Program.
• Florida Physical Therapy license in Florida (or in process).
• Dedication to providing exceptional quality of care to each patient.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant outpatient clinical experience.
• Experience providing digital health services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Make a powerful impact on your local community through inclusive physical therapy treatment.
• Develop and deliver a personalized plan of care for diverse orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses.
• Objectively measure patient outcomes using cutting-edge software.
• Efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes.
• Utilize a digital platform to deliver telehealth visits including evaluation, assessment, and planning.
• Perform Telehealth and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services with interactive communication.
• Support operations to deliver digital services and meet patient care and staffing needs.
• Communicate with the primary treating clinician for treatment revisions as appropriate.
• Serve as a liaison between providers and Director of Digital Health to grow remote services.
• Maintain reporting and data analysis of regional service metrics.
• Participate in program development and marketing efforts as directed by the Director of Digital Health.
