Job summary

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Digital Health team in a hybrid role, providing in-clinic care three days a week and remote virtual health services two days a week. You will deliver personalized care plans, monitor outcomes, and support remote services across the Sebring area.

The role requires a CAPTE-approved PT degree and Florida license (or in process), with a minimum of two years in outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy program.
• Florida PT license (or in process).
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinical experience.
• Experience providing digital health services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including orthopedic and neurologic conditions.
• Develop and deliver personalized plans of care.
• Document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes.
• Conduct telehealth visits and RTM services via digital platforms.
• Collaborate with in-clinic therapists and the Director of Digital Health.
