Job summary

CORA Physical Therapy in Riverview, FL is seeking a Physical Therapist - Digital Health Specialist for a hybrid role (3 days in clinic, 2 days remote). You will deliver digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring, and help develop the digital health program.

This full-time position requires a Florida PT license (or in process), a CAPTE-approved education, and at least 2 years of outpatient experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
• Florida PT license (or in process).
• Minimum 2 years outpatient experience.
• Experience delivering digital health services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make a powerful impact on the local community through inclusive physical therapy.
• Develop and deliver a personalized plan of care for a diverse patient population.
• Objectively measure patient outcomes using software.
• Document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes.
• Deliver telehealth visits and RTM services with interactive communication.
