CORA Physical Therapy is hiring a Digital Health Specialist to join our hybrid team. This role blends in-clinic care with remote telehealth services, including RTM, and requires a PT license and comfort with digital health platforms.

You will help build our digital health program, support remote services, and work with treating clinicians to optimize patient care and outcomes across our clinics.

Qualificações

• Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
• Physical Therapy state license (or in process).
• Digital/telehealth experience preferred.
• Dedicated to providing exceptional quality of care to each patient.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver inclusive physical therapy treatment to a diverse patient population.
• Develop and deliver personalized care plans for orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses.
• Objectively measure patient outcomes using advanced software.
• Efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes.
• Deliver telehealth visits and remote therapeutic monitoring using digital platforms.
• Collaborate with in-clinic providers and the Director of Digital Health.
• Support operations to expand digital health services and meet staffing needs.
• Communicate treatment revisions to primary treating clinicians as needed.
• Contribute to program development and regional marketing efforts.
