CORA Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist - Digital Health Specialist in a hybrid role (Clayton). This full-time position offers 3 days in clinic and 2 days remote, with licensure in a compact state and willingness to obtain licensure in others.

Join a team dedicated to digital health services, including virtual care, RTM, and AI-enabled tools, while delivering high-quality patient care and outcomes data to the Director of Digital Health.

Qualifications

• Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
• Licensed PT or in process for licensure in other states as needed.
• Digital/telehealth experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site physical therapy and digital health services per plan.
• Deliver telehealth visits including evaluation and treatment development.
• Perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring with patient engagement.
• Collaborate with Director of Digital Health to grow remote services.
• Measure and document patient outcomes using software.
