CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join as a Digital Health Specialist in a hybrid role. You will provide virtual care, manage remote monitoring, and collaborate with in-clinic providers to grow digital health services.

The position requires a CAPTE-approved PT degree, current license (or in process), and willingness to obtain licensure in other states. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
• Physical Therapy state license (or in process).
• Digital/telehealth experience preferred!
• Dedicaton to providing exceptional quality of care to each patient.

Responsibilities

• Make a powerful impact on your local community through inclusive physical therapy treatment.
• Develop and deliver a personalized plan of care for patients with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses.
• Objectively measure patient outcomes using cutting-edge software.
• Efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes.
• Deliver telehealth visits including evaluation, assessment and treatment plan development.
• Perform Telehealth and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services.
• Support operations to deliver digital services and meet patient care needs.
• Communicate with clinicians to revise treatment as appropriate.
• Serve as a liaison between providers and Director of Digital Health.
